There are four mandatory modules which must be taken by all Liberal Arts students.
These are:

LA 1014 Harmonia Mundi
SEMESTER 2
LA 1019 Freedom (is to Learn)
LA 1006 Learning from the Renaissance
In addition, single honours Liberal Arts students must take:

LA 10012 First Principles: core texts – Introduction to the Arts
LA 1005 Ancient Canonic Tragedy
SEMESTER 2
LA 1004 Film and Philosophy
LA 1010 Spirit: innocence and experience
Year 2
(Level 5)
There are two mandatory modules which must be taken by all Liberal Arts students.
These are:

LA 2001a Freedom (is to Learn)
SEMESTER 2
LA 2019 Freedom (is to Learn)
Level 5 students must select the above modules, together with optional modules from the following list.

There is one mandatory module which must be taken by all Liberal Arts students.
This is:

All SH students must choose LA 3001; Joint students may choose LA 3001.
